KXL Return Policy for Standard Sizing;
For online orders, we accept items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached for a full refund.
You have 14 days from the ship date to have your return postmarked to the carrier on your label. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all bodysuits are final sale. We do not accept returns if there is any damage, removed labels, tags or sign of wear.
Kelly by Lindsey monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

KXL Made-to-Measure;
Made-to-measure items typically take an additional 4-6 additional days from the original Shipping Speed addressed to the particular item.
We do not offer returns on made-to-measure items but we do understand sometimes minor adjustments may be needed so send it back us! We will do one round of reasonable alterations free of charge, and send it back to you within 30 days of your purchase.
As an alternative, we offer reimbursement of up to 20% off of the original price to cover any tailoring costs if you do require for up to 30 days after your purchase.
